Payment Policy

• Upon confirmation, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charge to the account indicated above.
  
• Any remaining balance will be charge upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior the guest arrival will receive 80% refundable the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
  
• Cancellations made between 29 days to 15 days to guest arrival, will receive a 50% refund.
  
• Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to guest arrival will NOT receive a refund.
  
• No shows will assess a penalty for the full charge of your reservation.
  
• Early DEPARTURES and late ARRIVALS will NOT receive refunds for the unused portion of the reservation.
