This tour begins at 7:30 am. with a visit to the Hanging Bridges of Arenal , a hiking trip through the tropical humid forest of 3 kilometers passing 15 bridges from 5 to 100 meters long and up to 60 meters high; an spectacular scenery to see birds, reptils, mammals and insects. Our next stop is La Fortuna Waterfall.
This waterfall has a huge swimming hole with large rocks nearby, perfect for a rest after and invigorating swim. Then we drive back to town to have delicious lunch.

About 3:00 p.m we start the tour to the volcano. It is a hiking trip through the tropical humid forest for about 45 minutes to get to the lava flow from 1992. You will see a great variety of plants, wildlife, the magnificence of Arenal Volcano and Arenal Lake. Watch the sunset as we await darkness to see and hear the glowing rocks of lava tumbling down the side of the mountain. is a sight not to be missed.

A full active day! Now, put on your bathing suit again to relax in the thermal waters of Tabacón Resort for a few hours and have dinner there.
