Don’t miss this outstanding tour on the quiet waters of river Peñas Blancas or river Arenal in our inflatable rafts. You will experience a relaxing half day, led by our bilingual naturalist guide. An expert in Safari adventures, he will provide a safe environment in which to point out to you the beautiful flora and fauna of the region. Animals like sloths, monkeys, toucans, crocodiles, Jesus Christ Lizards and turtles might cross your way, not to forget the colourful world of the many species of birds. Truly an outing you will never forget!

Safari float by Canoe: Peñas Blancas Half-Day Canoe Trip
Float the river and enjoy the rainforest at a relaxed pace. The brilliant green of the river, flashing deep blues of Costa Rica's famous morpho butterflies, and flights of brightly coloured birds make this trip unforgettable. Wrens sing in duet, frogs sound, and monkeys call while we scan the canopy, river and quiet farmland seeking basking iguanas and a rich diversity of other wildlife along the Rio Peñas Blancas.
Departure at 08:00am. Return at 01:30pm. River lunch included.
